Hi folks, I wanted to give you an update on how my summer off is going. I’ve got a left-over interview that I’m going to share with you as well.  I’m still working on what version 5.0 of the show is going to be.  I have a lot to say still, but not much of it is about running! Last time I ‘ran’ was in April of this year.  I tried to do a run-walk training program based on the theory that if I took it super easy my knee might get better, and I could train into healing it.  That theory didn’t work.  I did manage a 20-mile run-walk at the peak of my training plan but my knee was really sore and was evidently going in the wrong direction.  So I dropped to the half at the Flying Pig, limped through i
