Based on the 19th Super Sentai series Chouriki Sentai Ohranger, Power Rangers Zeo is the fourth season of the Power Rangers franchise and a continuation of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (1993 - 1995). Luke and Jason tap into the Morphin Grid to revisit their childhood years of 1996 and experience the Saban Entertainment live-action series which was the first season to follow the Super Sentai practice of annual Ranger suit changes. After the destruction of their command center headquarters, the Power Rangers are blessed with the new power source from Zeo Crystals. Together, they strive to fight against a new enemy - the dreaded villains King Mondo and Queen Machina, a powerful pair who rule over the Machine Empire.
