I love challenging what's possible and helping people achieve their highest potential. In a world where we are more connected than ever before, many are feeling more disconnected... from themselves, each other and the planet. Actively disengaged employees cost $450 billion to $550 billion in lost productivity per year in the US alone (Gallup, 2013), and depression is now the world's second leading cause of disability (GBD). So I embarked on a bold new project. My last project about bullying & suicide included my song Close To The Edge, which has reached more than 1.6m views on YouTube alone and been used in my speaking engagements along with projects across the globe to raise awareness of these challenges. But I knew there was more to be done. So I sold or donated 99% of the things I used to own in Australia and embarked on a global quest to empower people to achieve their highest potential and show first hand how in a distracted world, technology (when used purposefully), can actually improve our
