This episode features Patrick Miller of Faccia Brutto. Patrick has been a cook for most of his life. He moved up through the ranks and eventually opened his own restaurant. It was his stint in the kitchens where he was introduced to amaro. Over time his love for amaro and Italian spirits grew. in 2016 he set his sights on creating his own vision of these wonderful spirits. On his days off he would experiment with making cocktail bitters, tinctures and fermenting hot sauce.
