In this episode I’m sharing why I’ve always struggled to post consistently on instagram. What I want to share with you in this episode is some of the really specific and practical things I uncovered recently in my own self-coaching about why this is something I’ve struggled with since 2014. We perfectionists like to think if we just have more time or the perfect content calendar or a bigger audience then it’ll be easy to be consistent.
