Does this lead to any more clues? In a fog When Poirot gets back to Parrish's room, he finds that Inspector Stevens didn't keep a careful eye on Mr Parrish. Stevens thinks his investigation is more important than playing bodyguard to a man who doesn't appreciate it. He admits, however, that he hasn't gotten anywhere in his investigation.
