Every morning when I wake up, I think about what I want to call into my life that day. Almost every day, I as for support and guidance and to allow the people that want to help me, to surround me. Yet, so often, when it does show up for me, I deny it.  Today’s episode of She Makes Waves, I recall a day that I turned down help twice…and when I finally accepted the help, it hit me…I wonder how often we are craving support but then when it shows up, we deny it.
