When you think of slowing down, what comes up for you? Wow, how cool to be able to appreciate the simple stuff, or do you feel behind? It is fascinating because "slowing down" meant very different things at different times in my life. Going into fall, I think it is an excellent time to clarify what is important to us and how to show up more presently. When we slow down and zoom out, we can gain clarity in our lives and move forward in a more aligned way; speed is not the driving force.
