She Makes Waves

There are years of my life that I gutted things out, thinking once I get this over with, I will ______. I can remember feeling like I didn't have a choice regarding how I lived my life. This usually starts in our childhoods, shocker! I have since learned that when I think, "I need to get this over with," it tends to be a strong indicator that something is off. These patterns, AND we all have them, are worth getting to know so that we don't keep living out of autopilot.
