She Makes Waves

This is a tough one; I wish I could answer how to do this thing called forgiveness magically. All I can do is share with you what has worked and continues to help me in my journey with forgiving. I have found grieving to be a HUGE ingredient in forgiveness. The answer to most things is to grieve, and it's not easy. When we do this work, we can move through forgiveness with compassion, humility, and wishing others well. As I said, this is not easy, but it is the work.
