Daniel John Carey is a writer in Los Angeles who runs a popular screenwriting workshop. He is also is the author of the new book "Dream Another Dream: Recover and Reimagine Your Life," which deals with creating the life right for you, no matter what your previous life experiences. "Dream Another Dream" contains philosophical and life advice quotations from hundreds of people throughout history. Daniel has mixed the quotations with his own writing about life in general. It contains parts of his own story growing up in a tremendously dysfunctional household of many misfortunes. It has been called "a philosophical autobiography filled with reflection and inspiration." Finding himself completely unprepared for life, as a young adult he experienced homelessness and was on what seemed to be a path of ruin. Realizing it was up to him to create a life he wanted, he got busy. Putting himself through years of college, he eventually started a free monthly parenting magazine in Los Angeles.
