Favorite Non-human Species in TNG.   Non-human species have been important to Star Trek since its very beginning when viewers first saw the half-Vulcan Mr. Spock. There have been many non-human characters depicted in every series, from those that can be called humanoid to those that look and behave very differently from humans.
