For this week's Roaming St. Louis segment, KMOX host Scott Jagow visited a new restaurant that offers a unique experience. At Rated Test Kitchen, the chefs are the servers and the customers are the critics. You can rate the food while you're eating it and chat with the chefs, even wander into the kitchen.  Scott talks with owner Juwan Rice, a 22-year-old with remarkable story already in his young life that includes a stint on a Guy Fieri show on the Food Network.
