For the last few weeks, a coup d'état has essentially been in progress in the Caribbean country of Haiti. This week, Prime Minister Ariel Henry agreed to resign once a transitional council is in place after gangs seemingly took control of vast portions of the county, including the capital Port-au-Prince.
