Mark is the founder and Consulting Director of PMOworks Limited, a Dublin based consultancy that specializes in assisting organizations wishing to build, re-invigorate or outsource their PMO functionality covering all aspects of governance, processes, systems and staff competencies. Mark has a raft of successful senior management experience in project, program and portfolio consultancy and delivery gained while working within the Telecoms, IT and Media sectors in Ireland, UK and Europe. Mark specializes in the design and delivery of PMO related change programs using the skills and knowledge gained from 20 years of dealing with and advising organizations in a range of industries and different cultures including startups, SMEs, public sector bodies, and multinational corporations.
