While the 2024 women's college basketball season is over, with the undefeated South Carolina Gamecocks wearing their rightful crowns as champs, there has been crazy movement of players in the transfer portal and coaches come and going across the country. The biggest shockwave came from California and the retirement of Stanford head coach Tara VanDerveer after 38 seasons at The Farm and 45 overall as a head coach in women's basketball.
