“In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps.” (Prov. 16:9)   We all make plans, whether as small as our to do list for the morning or as big as careers or having children. The hard thing for us is when those plans get thrown off course, especially when it seems like God is the one throwing them off.    So should we plan at all? Should we wait around for whatever God wants or should we make plans and have the potential for disappointment?
