This week Jim Reid and the RecPoker RECing Crew interview Byron Jacobs from D&B Publishing! D&B Publishing (incorporating the imprint D&B Poker) was created by Dan Addelman and Byron Jacobs in 2002, coinciding with the birth of the online poker boom. D&B is now clearly established as the world’s premier publisher of poker books.
