The Waverider has crossed us over to a new reality. One where the Tomorrow People, with telepathy, telekinesis, and teleportation abilities, are on the run from the secret government task force, the ULTRA organization. Hillary is out for herself and is willing to take Stephen down, even if it means getting Astrid killed. ULTRA has a policy that any humans that know of the Tomorrow People must be taken out. Stephen is faced with a dilemma, protect Astrid from ULTRA or his protect his family from Peter. Peter is taking the family camping and Stephen thinks Peter has powers and works for ULTRA. So, he asks to Break Outs to watch Astrid. On the camping trip, Stephen suspects Peter took them there due to the isolation and running water. Stephen even tests Peter twice.
