Ontario minimum wage ($15.00 per hour as of January 1, 2019 ....$14,00 per hour as of January 1, 2018).  At the beginning of this winter Premier Kathleen Wynne expresses concern for the economically disadvantaged.  One year ago today there was zero such concern as the Premier simply watched the poorest in the province fall by the wayside, unable to pay their hugely increased hydro bills.
