According to Cox Automotive, Hurricane Harvey caused water damage in more than 500,000 vehicles. A significant amount of the original owners of those vehicles received replacements from insurance companies. Hurricane Irma is expected to have added significantly to the Harvey number.What happens to all these vehicles?
