The decision to hold the world heavyweight rematch between Anthony Joshua and current world champion, Andy Ruiz, in Saudi Arabia has drawn heavy criticism from human rights groups. Joshua suffered a shock defeat in New York earlier this year and the pair will step inside the ring on the 7th of December, this time in Diriyah, on the outskirts of Riyadh.However, the middle east country's "abysmal human rights record" has been called into question by Amnesty International UK, which urged Joshua to "inform himself of the human rights situation" ahead of the rematch.
