The program is slated to last at least three years and will cover Atascosa, Bee, Bexar, Dewitt, Dimmit, Duval, Frio, Gonzales, Jim Wells, Karnes, Kinney, La Salle, Live Oak, Maverick, McMullen, Medina, Nueces, San Patricio, Uvalde, Webb and Zavala counties.
