Noela is the President of Bullseye Land Surveying Company and she's one strong woman in a male dominant industry. Being a savvy entrepreneur did not happen overnight, and with the odds against her, Noela persevered and accomplished a lot where many would have faltered. The death of her husband affected not only her personal life, but it ignited her motivation to complete college (with two grown children in college themselves) in order to become a successful entrepreneur. This, in turn, solidified the fact that her family was going to be well taken care of despite the hardships they originally faced.
