So far this year has been filled with opposition and adversity, but God gave me an ah-ha moment through a recent Jesus Calling devotional. This moment, well, it all boiled down to one sentence that has now become a morning prayer for me. Do you struggle with worry or anxiety or fear? Or how about the ability to calm your mind and give it all over to God? For me, I have been trying to grow and change through this journey but have realized once again that I am trying to accomplish this on my own, as a human, filled of flesh and sin.
