Dr Kostja Makarovic (37) has a PhD in material science.  He works in the R&D department of a technological company. He is a passionate diver, exploring coasts, rivers and lakes. He enjoys skiing, mountaineering, mountain biking, hiking and traveling. He also has indoor hobbies such as ham radio and constructing inovative devices for diving. He has been vegetarian since 2001 and raw vegan since 2012.
