Otd Podcast

This is by far the scariest bit of content I have ever posted. I have pondered over sharing this part of my life on social media for a good year now. I just felt too much shame and embarrassment. The reason I decided to is I think it's important to be 100% with you guys and if me sharing my story helps someone else then it's all worth it. I talk over why I turned to this, the actual experience of surgery and recovery, and the impact it had on my relationship with my family. I finish by answering the question in the title.
