In today's episode of the mind set game podcast, I sat down with Rosi Sexton aka The Surgeon.  She is the UK's first female UFC fighter. But, Five years ago, she retired from MMA competition. Her last fight was on Cage Warriors against now UFC champion Joanna Jędrzejczyk. She had been involved in martial arts since she was at school. She already held dan grades in jujutsu and Taekwondo. In 2000, after 10 years' experience in martial arts, she decided to train in Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, as a way of proving to herself that what she had learned was applicable to real life.
