This will be a different kind of Easter or Passover than you’ve probably ever had. We’re in lock-down or quarantine because of covid19. Almost all of us on the planet are being careful to observe social distancing. Please take this seriously. Stay at a distance from others, at least 2 meters or 6 feet away. Today I’m sharing a meditation to bring peace and groundedness to you. I will offer certain phrases and leave time afterward for you to gently repeat them in your own mind. The phrases will help you become grounded. They’ll help you find peace. There will be a lot of repetition here. That’s where you’ll find relief. I encourage inclusiveness, I encourage to let go of being judgmental, to accept what is. I encourage being connected rather than being alienated. To be caring rather than being indifferent. The phrases will be simple and general, yet will empower and support your well-being. The phrases I’m offering will be an act of generosity.
