They talk about the evidence behind why this works to reduce risk and they explain the recommended timing, frequency, and amount of peanut that should be given to infants.Dr. George du Toit is a pediatric allergy physician at Evelina London Children's Hospital in London, UK. He is also one of the lead researchers for the LEAP (Learning Early About Peanut Allergy) study.
