On Tuesday, February 16 at 1 p.m. Eastern Writestream co-founder and host Daria Anne welcomes children's author Mariana Llanos: Mariana Llanos is a Peruvian-born writer who resides in Oklahoma. Mariana has written short stories since she was a young girl. Hoping to give a voice to the many characters that lived in her head, she studied Drama with the prestigious company Cuatrotablas, based in Lima.  After moving to Oklahoma, Mariana worked as a preschool teacher, standing out for her creativity and passion for arts education. She has independently published six children’s books whose themes revolve around family love and acceptance. Mariana visits schools around the world through virtual technology to spark the passion for reading and writing. She’s visited several schools across the US, and in other countries like Canada, Ireland, Pakistan, Nigeria, Australia, Mexico, and more.
