Raised in the small town of Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, Lisa Brown-Tarves was able to grow up in a secure and close community. Her introduction to the concepts of spirituality and metaphysics developed with of her ability to see and speak to angels from the time she was a very small child.  This gift empowered her to learn more.
