 All of America's armed services provide a unique set of capabilities which contribute overall to U.S. national security. The US Air Force is no exception, providing access and benefits inherent to operating above planet Earth, all the way into near Earth space. And like the rest of the U.S. armed services, the Air Force is dealing with the very real effects of the Budget Control Act/Sequestration. And much like the other armed services, sequestration is no longer just terminating redundant or optional capabilities and services.
