As the United States and its allies begin to "lean forward" into the ongoing Syrian Civil War, a number of measures are being considered to assist the FSA rebels with their insurgency against the Assad regime in Damascus. One of the most controversial ideas being discussed is the establishment of a “No-Fly” zone to eliminate the Syrian government advantage of their own Air Force. Proposed by political leaders, diplomats, and policy experts from across the political spectrum and around the world, a No-Fly zone would eliminate the Syrian Air Force from the ongoing conflict.  But what is the downside of establishing a No-Fly zone in serious?
