Once again I had a visit from my anger. It raises it's head when you least expect it. What brought it up was the fact I had to find out about my daughters brain surgery on facebook from family half way across the country.  Why is that when you get angry, everyone comes at you trying to outdo your anger with theirs. It doesn't matter, family. friend, they all seem to find reason to have at you.  Nothing good ever comes of it.  Let's look a little deeper at what the cause of the anger is and try to fix that.
