I'm struggling with being heavy and negative all the time. While this topic is troubling and intense, it is also part of life. It does not happen to be all bad all the time. We tend to focus on the negative and I am trying to break that habit. This show will have a mix of topics to stir the grey matter with a little bright spot as well as a look at the still tuff side of this story. Nothing can be negative all the time , but again, we only dwell on that side. A big part of this coming aware is the affect it has on everyone. We were raised in the same society and were taught all the same stuff, men and women. So when we, as men, awaken we tend to lash out and blame with a broad brush taking down anyone standing within reach.  Let me explain.
