"Undivided" focuses on breaking down the barriers which society puts into place to divide us. These barriers can be financial, gender based, cultural, religious, ethnic, or political. The show focuses on finding unity, harmony, and peace.    My next episode will be on the importance of being a leader instead of being a boss. My guest will be Scott Krauss who has a wealth of experience in a variety of roles where he has managed and motivated people in a sales environment. The focus will be on the divide that can be created within teams and organizations by management being too authoratative and "bossy" compared to motivating people with confident, constructive leadership. The micro-managing, authoritarian style can leave other employees feeling divided and unappreciated.
