Cozy Bailey is the President of the Prince William Co. branch of the NAACP.  He is an associate minister, Sunday School teacher & active in the Spiritual Cancer Support, & member care ministries at First Mt Zion Bapt Church, in Dumfries, VA. A native of St. Louis, MO, Cozy graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy & was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps where he served in a range of venues to include Opn Desert Storm in 1990-1991.  His military citations include the Navy Commendation Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, & the Legion of Merit.  During his service, Cozy earned an MBA from Boston Univ.  As a
