Clark is the Church Administrator at the historic Alfred Street Baptist Church, Alexandria, VA.  He serves on the Board of the Beta Nu Educational Foundation, Burke, VA, and an advisor to Resources First Foundation, Varmouth, ME.  In 2010, the Obama administration tapped Clark to serve as an advisor to the EPA Administrator. Mr. Clark retired in 2009 after a distinguished 42-year career at USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service.
