Jason Miller and Juan Constantino - Loving our neighbors is at the heart of what Jesus calls us to, but it’s hard to love our neighbors if we don’t know our neighbors. So for three weeks, we’re hearing from partners who can help us understand what others are facing, whether here in the neighborhood, or in the global community. These conversations will give us the chance to grow in empathy and become more educated about what some of the most vulnerable people in our world are experiencing, and what we can do to help. This week, we talked with Juan Constantino, CEO of La Casa de Amistad, a youth and community center that's been around since 1973. Their mission is to empower our Latino, Hispanic, and immigrant community throughout the entire region with educational programs, social services, legal services, and advocacy support.  What’s Happening RSVP to one of our upcoming New to SBCC Tables.
