Deacon Randy Kiel is familiar to many of us in Des Moines. He has a counseling practice known as Kardia Counseling. He also is heard every Thursday morning on Jon Leonetti in the morning. But what you may not know is that he always wanted to be a State Fair carney. He operates the Wax Hands booth for the past 13 years at the Iowa State Fair.
