NBC News sports reporter Andrew Greif joins the program to discuss his new book "Beyond Fast". The book is about how a high school coach revolutionized distance running. The coach went through plenty of obstacles, and Greif talks about some of the obstacles from the book. Greif is a former Oregon athlete, and he talks about if growing up in Coos Bay, Oregon, helped shape his life. Greif talks about race inside a locker room and how it plays a role, if any, for players in the professional leagues.
