From an early age, Noam Avramovich, an IDF observer who fell at the Nahal Oz base in the October 7 attack, had a strong sense of public service which accompanied her throughout life. From her character and legacy was born the initiative, "B'Darchei Noam",  a new social-educational center established in partnership between the Avramovich family and the non-profit organization Tashtit, with the aim of cultivating a new generation of dedicated public servants and restoring the value of public service in the eyes of young people in Israel.
