The Justice League verses the Secret Society, who will win? The group that works together the best. Gorilla Grodd has gathered The Shade, Giganta, Killer Frost, Sinestro, and Clayface. Grodd has been working his mental control abilities on the League for months, messing with their emotions and making them feel stressed around each other. Watching the cracks form, he takes his Society and attacks when they're vulnerable, proving they can be beaten. He is not content to let them walk away privately.  He wants to end them publicly. So, he sets a trap and captures all of them except Green Lantern. John, in tracking them back to the cave, tries to step in to free his team, and puts up a good fight, but is ultimately captured.
