Brand New Father Podcast

Today I want to shed some light on what happens with women during pregnancy and after childbirth (as far as the hormones go). A lot of the pregnancy books advise to be patient with new mommy and give time for her hormones to settle, so she can “return to herself”. However, I don’t think she’ll “come back”.
