This week we're looking at five traits of leadership. The five traits we're talking about define leadership and can be applied at any level in the organization from the executive suite, to entry-level positions. Leadership, real leadership, is not defined by your position on the organization chart, it is defined by your actions on a day-to-day basis. You can exercise leadership anywhere and as we go through these five traits this week, you'll understand that. As a matter of fact, if you are not currently in a leadership position and you don't demonstrate these traits, it's unlikely your view will ever change. So far we've looked at having winning standards and getting off the roller coaster. Today we're going to make sure we're centered on our reference point.
