I feel so lucky that I had the opportunity to talk to Pop Fit Kids. They offer schools a "FUNctional fitness program that provides tools in the short term to help kids develop life-long healhty habits they will utilize in the long term." Healthy exercise is something that many people grapple with and I absolutely love what they are doing.
