In fact, parts of the ritual ceremonies utilize the phrasing "let there be peace throughout the entire world". Over the past few years, I've noticed a trend towards the desire to be offended at the smallest slight. I first noticed it in the world of politics, and slowly, I've started to notice it within the Pagan community.
