In this Choices 4 Women podcast, Nancy Mueller talks with Line Brunet on the subject of "getting our needs met." According to Line, knowing your top two needs are required for you to live your life to the fullest, as well as knowing how you can get your needs met while meeting the needs of others.  When our needs are not being met, we feel stuck and we struggle unnecessarily. Women, being natural born nurturers, may not even be aware that their needs are not being met which can also keep us disconnected from our Spiritual self.
