In this Choices 4 Women podcast, Nancy Mueller plants seeds of empowerment. Nancy Mueller, the one and only Empowerment Sensei shares her firsthand knowledge about what happens when a woman is asking questions such as "why me and what have I done to deserve this" which often leads to women settling for less than they deserve in their life. When women settle for less than they deserve, they often find themselves in victim mode and denial which can lead to the gradual disempowerment of a woman.  Nancy believes that every woman has a choice in he r life and discusses ways to create higher levels of self-esteem, self-image, self-confidence, self-worth and self-love thereby creating an empowered life.
